Over five years of experience building digital products for airlines, healthcare, motorsport, and B2B sectors. My work combines product thinking, service design, and AI-first design, covering everything from research and complex workflows to delivering user interfaces. At Thiga, I spent nearly three years leading Mi Iberia, Iberia's private area. Previously at Doonamis, I contributed to projects such as the MotoGP™ app, a mental health tool with Eurecat, and platforms for veterinary and public-sector clients. I am committed to making complex systems feel simple for users who are busy and focused on getting things done.

THIGA/IBERIA
Led the strategic transformation of Mi Iberia, Iberia's customer portal, evolving it from a low-engagement utility to a scalable Travel Command Center with measurable business impact.
• Increased user engagement 7×
growing average session time from ~30 seconds to ~3.5 minutes, and
contributed to ~€2M in revenue through new digital services and conversion flows.
• Redesigned core experiences:
such as My Profile, My Trips, and My Travel Documents, including
improvements to profile-to-checkout data flow, OCR document capture, travel KPIs, and GDPR-optimized consent flows.
• Launched Phase 2 features, including an AI co-pilot with contextual shortcuts and floating chat.
Unified vouchers hub, and a frequent companions flow. These new UI patterns were later adopted into Iberia's design system.
